A: The short answer is 21 years, 11 of it doing weddings the other 10 was landscape and portraits. Long version, I first picked up a camera seriously when I was a teenager (35mm film days), and I fell in love with documenting moments and life's story as I traveled around with my family. But it wasn't until the birth of my son 16 years ago, that I knew deep down this is what I truly wanted to do for the rest of my life. 

A: My team and I have a combined total of over 400 weddings. I have personally also done over 1,000 portrait sessions. And since there's only 52 weekends in a year, my weekends have been basically filled with love stories and late-night celebrations ever since I became a photographer 10+ years ago! 

A: Honestly, I find this extremely helpful. My top two packages include a second shooter. What this does for you is allows all my focus to stay on you two and my assistant will cover all the pretty details that you've been working on and planning for months or even years! Basically what it comes down to is your budget and making sure every element about your day is perfectly preserved. 

A: That totally depends on your needs. You can use the photos for your save-the-dates, invitations, website registries, guest books, framed prints for your guest table, bar, and your house... and of course Facebook & Instagram! Plus, it's a way for you to get a little practice in front of the camera before your big day and it gives us an opportunity to get to know each other. :) Personally, I highly recommend it. And heck, it's also a really great way to add to your experience as an engaged couple. Make the most of it!  It's included complimentary in all packages, using it is up to you! 

A: Without being too technical about it,  I like to update my equipment every few years. My current set up is Canon Mirrorless R6's with RF 28-70mm L, RF 85mm L , 70-200mm L, 100mm Macro L & sometimes I rent my favorite lens the 200mm L - I call him Ralph because he wrecks your arm after using it - it's so big! I also have flash system for indoor use when needed and for the exit.  Then I have a full arsenal full of flat lay stuff for your details to make them picture perfect. 

A: Totally! But I want you feeling 1,000% comfortable and excited about the quality of your photographs before placing orders on those. That way, you only order exactly what you want, when you want, and when you know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine art heirloom albums. And all of this is done & ordered right through your online gallery! 

A: Yes, I do! Traditional payments are $1500 is due at the time of booking (within a week) and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. But, if you wanted to do the payment plan, I can stretch it into equal 1/3's or 1/4's if that works best for you. Just let me know what you prefer, and I will make it happen. It's that easy. I also offer a discount if you pay in full at the time of booking - you can get those airline miles to use for your honeymoon! 

In the super unlikely event that I am too ill, injured, or there's some other emergency, either I or my wife have a list of colleagues that we can call on to replace me that have similar styles of photography & editing. That said, in the 10+ years I've been doing this full-time, I have never even been 60 seconds late. You're in good hands. I promise.
